“Project” means a technology project requiring funding by Project Funders which the Project Creator places on our Site in accordance with these Terms;
“Project Creator” means a person who, requiring funding, registers with us and sets up a Project on our Site;
“Project Funder” means a person who wishes to make a Donation to a Project and registers on our Site;
“Site” means our website, www.technofunding.com;
“Terms” means the Technofunding Terms and Conditions;
“Visitor” means all persons who visit and use our Site, whether registered or unregistered, a business or a consumer, including those persons who choose to become Project Funders or Project Creators; and
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Technofunding Ltd.

Visitors may give us information about themselves by filling in forms on our Site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register as a Project Funder or Project Creator, set up a Project on our Site, make a Donation, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our Site, and when you report a problem with our Site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph.
